Meet Our Founder

Nickesha Turner is a dedicated educator and community leader with a passion for empowering students and fostering positive change. She currently serves as one of the Assistant Principals at Willow Charter Academy, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for students. Throughout her career, Nickesha has served as a content leader for ELA (English Language Arts) teachers in her district, providing guidance and support to educators to enhance student learning outcomes. Additionally, she has served as a facilitator at the New Teacher Summit for her school's managing company, sharing her expertise and insights with new educators entering the field.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nickesha is deeply involved in her community. She serves as a Youth Pastor at Destiny of Faith Church, where she mentors and supports young people on their spiritual journeys. Her dedication to community service underscores her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the classroom. She belief that every student has a purpose and deserves the support and resources necessary to succeed. Her passion for education extends beyond traditional boundaries, as she seeks to help students transition well and thrive in all aspects of their lives
